Building Fit-Out

Building Fit-Out is the process of making the building ready for occupancy, including load bearing walls & internal partitions, false ceiling & raised floors, passive MEP works (conduits, pipes, cable trays, HVAC ducts, etc.), and final finishing works such as paint, “les, and doors & windows.

FAAB has accumulated massive experience in fi-ng-out various types of buildings from luxury residential & commercial towers to hospitals to office buildings and shopping malls. Relying on our connection to some of the region’s biggest building material manufacturers, we are able to offer premium quality material combined with high-end design & installation services.

Your Fit-Out One-Stop-Shop

FAAB can take over the building immediately after main structural works are done, and hand over the building ready to be occupied by the owner or the developer’s tenants.

Our unique approach combines some of the market’s best expertise in civil, electromechanical, and architectural works to produce the final product to our client’s specifications and required finish level. This includes all the related activities such as design development & co-development, procurement, manufacturing, and installation.

This one-stop-shop approach mitigates the clients’ risk, lowers their management overhead, and gives them a peace of mind that is otherwise unachievable if multiple contractors end up working in the same area, most of the “me leading to conflicts of interest and costly rework or wasted “me, energy, and money.
